6. Liability and Insurance

- Loss of items directly attributable to our service

- Damage due to improper packaging by the customer
- Force majeure events (accidents, natural disasters, etc.)
- Items of extraordinary value not declared at booking
7. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from transport:

8. Service Area
Our primary service area covers all of Dubai, UAE. We may also service neighboring emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi) subject to additional charges and availability. Please confirm service availability for areas outside Dubai when booking.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through:
- Direct communication with our customer service team
- Mediation if direct resolution is not possible
- UAE jurisdiction for legal proceedings if necessary
